Duties and responsibilities:
• Supervise and oversee behavior management assistants on each assigned consumer case
• Design and implement individualized program goals for consumers and parents following the IPP and assessment recommendations
• Ensure goals are created and introduced within program books within 2 weeks of service start date
• Create clinical, behavioral and educational materials needed to increase skill acquisition
• Train parents on applied behavior analytic principles and procedures
• Train behavior management assistants on applied behavior analytic principles and procedures
• Analyze data and ensure accuracy, reliability and validity across all program designs
• Analyze and evaluate data trends for each consumer’s programs to ensure progress is being achieved
• Make data-driven modifications to program goals for each consumer
• Observe, analyze and provide ongoing feedback to behavior management assistants and parent/caregivers on the implementation of the behavioral interventions and data collection methods on a continual basis
• Create goals for parent/ caregivers/ teachers and behavior management assistants
• Utilize treatment fidelity checklists to measure progress of parent/ caregiver/ teacher and behavior management assistant implementation of goals
• Collaborate with parents to create materials (visual schedule, token economy, choice boards, behavior contracts and checklists, etc.) necessary to teach skills
• Conduct assessments for consumers including VB-MAPP, Vineland II, Preference and Reinforcer assessments, functional behavior assessments, etc.
• Design and submit professionally written and behavior analytic progress reports to funding sources to report on progress, regression, parent participation, goals and future goals of each consumer
• Communicate with parents and caregivers on a continual basis regarding the structure of sessions, goals and future goals, questions and concerns, and the overall progress of their child
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all FMBT employees, paraprofessionals, school personnel, parents and caregivers and any other individuals involved in the lives of each consumer
• Respond to parental concerns, questions and emergency situations immediately
• Identify barriers to treatment and schedule meetings with pertinent personnel to help facilitate better working and treatment environments to best meet the needs of the consumer;
• Utilize conflict resolution strategies
• Participate in continued education opportunities
• Utilize email, phone and internet to communicate in a timely manner
• Manage behavior management assistant and family direct session schedule
• Schedule and attend monthly clinic meetings with clinical director to review caseload
• Schedule and attend team meetings
Required Educational Experience:
• Masters and/or Doctorate degree (BCBA-D) in Applied Behavior Analysis
• BCBA-certified
Required Clinical Experience:
• Must have a minimum of 3 years working with children diagnosed with autism and/or related disabilities
• Must have experience working in the home utilizing Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and behavior analytic principles
• Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and time management skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Great problem-solving skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a group of diverse professionals
• Respond to emails and phone calls within 1 business day
Shares the same duties and responsibilities of the clinical manager, except does not conduct FBA assessments.
Required Educational Experience:
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology. education or related field
Required Clinical Experience:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years working with children diagnosed with autism and/or related disabilities
•Must have 6 months designing and supervising the implementation of ABA principles and procedures
•Must have experience working in the home utilizing Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and behavior analytic principles

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work one to one with consumers with autism or related disabilities
• Implement ABA interventions and procedures
• Collect accurate and consistent data related to programs and target behaviors
• Provide feedback to parents and caregivers and teachers outlined within the parent/caregiver/teacher goals
• Implement all behavior plans to fidelity
• Accept and apply ongoing feedback provided by supervisors, administration and clinical director
• Utilize structured and unstructured time to implement outlined goals
• Utilize NCPI techniques as part of a BIP when a consumer engages in high intensity aggressive behavior
• Provide service to diverse families of both low and high SES homes
• Communicate electronically via phone, email and internet
• Complete administrative duties within a timely manner (i.e., render shifts daily, report
cancelations immediately, upload drive time forms, etc.)
• Attend and participate in monthly clinical meetings
• Attend and participate in ongoing agency wide trainings
• Communicate parental concerns and emergencies to supervisor immediately
• Maintain HIPAA compliance with all consumers
• Maintain professionalism with consumers, parents, caregivers, and all FMBT personnel
Required Educational Experience:
• HS Diploma or BA or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education or related field.
